Ordering Information

How do I order?
The methods you can use to purchase our products are postal mail, fax, phone, or email. Use the links on the right for printable order forms. A complete illustrated price list is included with every order.

What are the methods of payment?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Domestic and international money orders or bank checks in US funds are also accepted. Credit cards are charged at the time the order is shipped.

Mail and fax order:
To avoid any delay in shipping your order, please make sure you write firmly, especially if you are going to fax it. If possible, send us an e-mail to verify that we received your fax. All to many times the information is unreadable or incomplete in which case the order will not be processed.

Email Orders:
Credit card number is not necessary if we have it on file from the previous order. If you wish to place another order, just specify that you want it charged to the last credit card used and make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are still the same.

How can I find out about shipping costs and methods?
All our orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. In most cases, domestic orders are shipped "Priority-Mail". International orders are shipped "Airmail". For international shipments, don't forget to specify which of the 3 shipping methods you want your order sent. If you have questions, feel free to email us.

The Shipping Charts will inform you on most shipping methods and costs. However, all orders are different and the final shipping cost is based on total weight of the package. This is especially true when ordering model kits; some are heavier than others. If in doubt, you can call, fax, or email us with what items you wish to order and we will determine the exact shipping cost for your order. If you do not contact us you can leave it blank on the order form and we will ship it the best way possible.

How do I know when my order is shipped?
Providing that we have your email address, an automated message will be sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped. Email will also provide you with USPS tracking number if applicable. You may of course always call us to find out the status of your order.

What is the usual time it takes to receive an order?
From the day the order is shipped, the average time for parcels sent within the USA is 2 to 4 days. To most countries airmail shipments take 2 to 6 weeks pending custom clearance in destination country. Express Mail Service (E.M.S.) usually delivers within 1 week.

I have a pending order. How do I find out when it is going to be shipped?
If you have placed an order with us but the items were backordered or were pre-ordered, feel free to ask us if you have any doubt about the order status. An automated email message will be sent to you when the order is shipped, providing we have your email address. All pre-orders are processed and shipped in the order we receive them when the product(s) become available.
